v. Setting four dates for Arthouse Film Presentations
B. Update on Christmas Free Double Feature
i. Financial cost vs. revenue
ii. Plans to schedule future Tuesday double features
C. Valley Mills Library DVD collection donations
i. Nathan’s purchase of 100 DVDs
ii. Planning presentation to Valley Mills Library

A. Sponsoring Meridian Parks & Rec free outdoor films
i. Pay licensing fees for two films in 2022
ii. Considering other ways of support and involvement
B. Status of Samuel French as a BFS board member
i. Removal from active voting board due to non-attendance
ii. Recognizing his connection to Clifton with “honorary” position
C. Nominations to fill two open board member seats
i. Call for nominations to replace Samuel French & Bill Calhoun
