b. Establishing working relationship with The Cliftex Theatre

i. Update on Aug. 3 meeting with Richard Major
ii. Remaining film appreciation dates locked in: (Aug. 10, Oct. 11, Dec. 13)
iii. Charter Member “Meet & Greet” held Nov. 16 at Cliftex with tour
iv. Reach bi-monthly rental agreement in 2022 for “Intro Rate” of $150 per date
v. Cliftex donates drawing prizes for Charter Member Drive
vi. Two weeks in 2022 designated for BFS-sponsored events at Cliftex
vii. BFS offered free screen ad at Cliftex through 2022

6. NEW BUSINESS – Discussion and possible action concerning:

a. Planning BFS booth at FallFest Oct. 16

i. BFS board members securing drawing prize donations
ii. Manning the booth at FallFest
iii. Ideas to draw membership interest at FallFest

b. Planning two BFS hosted events at The Cliftex Theatre in 2022

i. Choosing films / themes for both events
ii. Free admission vs. ticketed movies
iii. Types of themed activities to be included

c. Choosing “Christmas Movie” to be shown at Cliftex Dec. 13

d. Potential new projects
